The first comprised the extension of a cold water feed and and drainage run to enable the installation of a dishwasher. Due to the proposed location the job required an element of design and a very practical solution was found, and the installation was undertaken efficiently and at the agreed cost. The second larger job was the refitting of my bathroom and separate WC. Again the work was undertaken efficiently and to an excellent standard. There was good communication regarding the planning and design of the work, and I was very happy with the outcome. We discovered a fractured clay drainage pipe beneath our kitchen floor, and what could have been a stressful, drawn out ordeal was made so much easier thanks to DCL's help from start to finish. They carried out a thorough camera inspection to properly diagnose the issue, and their detailed reporting was invaluable in supporting our insurance claim. Once the claim was approved, the repair itself was completed to a very high standard professional, tidy, and done right the first time.
