DCL were introduced / recommended to us by our Park Manager and they did some major underfloor plumbing for us when we moved into our park home 15 years ago and have had no trouble whatsoever since.  Today I called for some advice after some concerns about possible water damage / leakage from my kitchen outlet pipe.  Del also did thorough investigation of 3 major kitchen appliances which may have had a leak and gave he me absolute peace of mind that there was no need to be concerned and I am so so grateful to him after a very worrying few days thinking I might have to replace 3 major kitchen appliances.  I also learnt that DCL have other experienced tradesmen on the team - electrician - carpenter for example.  In future DCL will be my first call when in doubt or trouble. 5 days of groundwork, new pipes and connections including a sub-surface pump and some electrics for the pump. Cameron from DCL was excellent and the other laborers used were polite and everyone worked very effectively. Work was completed on time and to the original cost estimate. DCL drains were very quick to respond and rectify an issue with poor ventilation on a downpipe. Whilst completing this job, they inspected a different issue I had with a poorly fitted manhole cover. Came out quickly to investigate a leaking drain. Thoroughly checked all drains and water supply and explained everything they were doing clearly.
Cameron did a great job repairing and making good.

This company has done two  jobs for me. The first comprised the extension of a cold water feed and and drainage run to enable the installation of a dishwasher. Due to the proposed location the job required an element of design and a very practical solution was found, and the installation was undertaken efficiently and at the agreed cost.

The second larger job was the refitting of my bathroom and separate WC. Again the work was undertaken efficiently and to an excellent standard. There was good communication regarding the planning and design of the work, and I was very happy with the outcome. After a very disappointing experience with another company at my home, a customer recommended DCL and I’m incredibly grateful they did.

Ian arrived exactly when he said he would, took the time to listen to everything that had happened over the previous few weeks and then carried out a thorough, logical investigation. He didn’t make assumptions or rush to a conclusion. He methodically ruled things out, completed a CCTV survey of the drainage system, explained everything clearly as he went along and ultimately identified the source of the leak that had caused me weeks of stress.

Better still, he repaired it there and then, left everything tidy and produced a clear, detailed report.

Communication from the office was excellent throughout, the hourly charging was transparent and fair, and I always felt I was paying for the work actually carried out rather than a fixed package.

As a business owner myself, I really value professionalism, attention to detail and good customer service. DCL exceeded my expectations in every respect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
