Plumbers 4 Drains attended a local care home in Blackwater following reports of a serious blockage in need of emergency drain clearance.
On arrival, our engineers found sewage had overflowed from the manhole due to a significant drain blockage within the system. Immediate drain clearance was actioned to contain the issue and prevent further disruption.
The blockage was cleared using high pressure water jetting (HPWJ), restoring full flow through the drainage system. All waste was carefully bagged and disposed of in line with regulations, ensuring the area was left clean, safe, and hygienic.
The issue was resolved efficiently, allowing the care home to return to normal operation with minimal disruption and leaving another happy customer.
